We currently have no protocol for refund. However, your satisfaction and feedback are important to us. Should you have any issue with your whole wheat product please contact us and concerns will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

We sell flour and bread machines to support wheat sales; we are not a distributer. Therefore any support required for flour and bread machines must be accessed via the manufacturer and whatever warranty that company provides.
